How can I send Snap-Plus data to someone else via email?

In a nutshell: Compress the data (make it into a single archive file) then send this file as an email attachment using your email program.

Details:
First you should make a copy of the Snap-Plus database folder containing the data you wish to send. You can do this using Windows Explorer or within Snap-Plus using File/Copy. A location outside of "MySnapPlusData" is preferable since you will probably want to delete this copy once it has been emailed, to avoid confusion down the road.

The end result of compressing the folder is a single ZIP file containing all the data files. Note the location of this zip file; you will need to navigate to that location in order to add the zip file to your outgoing email as a file attachment.
